2. Booking. After booking, an experienced ePages designer will get in touch to discuss the next steps.

3. Preparation. An online form and a consultation help create a preview of your new shop design.

4. Implementation & Integration. Once you approve the design, our designer begins implementation and integrates it into your shop.

5. Activation. The new design is developed directly in your shop and activated within minutes.

6. Training. You will receive personalised training on how to use the new design and CMS tools.

How much does the Base Plus design package cost and what is included?

The Base Plus design package is available for a one-time setup fee of € 2.990 (excl. VAT), plus a monthly fee of € 25 for the maintenance and update of the design and content element features.

Benefit from our special offer by booking the package by December 31, 2025:

- The maintenance fee for the first 12 months is included in the setup price. You will only be charged the regular maintenance fee of € 25/month from the 13th month onward.

- The setup fee will increase from January 1, 2026. By signing a contract before the end of the year, you can still secure the current price.

The setup fee includes the project setup, project management, individual design adjustments, and a professional first consultation. All features and services included in the package can be found on the feature overview page.

How does the installation work?

An ePages designer will handle the installation and work with you to redesign your shop according to your needs. We also provide complimentary training to ensure you can easily update and manage your content.

Can I carry out the upgrade myself?

No. The package is offered exclusively as a fee-based service by our Design and Consult team. After completing the upgrade, you can continue to use all of the new features and manage the content of your shop with the new editor.

What is transferred to the new version?

The Base Plus design package will be installed directly into your existing shop, meaning all categories and product information, app integrations, sales, and shipping methods remain unchanged unless you decide to modify them in consultation with your designer. The Base Plus design upgrade only updates the content editor and theme editor areas, expanding your shop’s capabilities without removing any existing features.

Can I test or see the new version before I choose to update?

Yes! We can provide a guided tour via video call, or you can get temporary access to one of our Demo shops to explore the new features before making a decision.

Will my shop work during the update?

Yes, your shop will continue to function as usual throughout the update process. Changes will only go live once your newly designed shop is ready and approved by you.

Will my search engine rankings be lost as a result of the upgrade?

No. Your shop will stay the same, so you will retain your rankings even after the upgrade.

Will loading times be shorter?

No, loading times depend mainly on the amount of content in your shop. However, we will work with you to optimize your new content to ensure it remains as lightweight as possible, helping maintain the best possible loading speed on your existing servers.
